Your Canva lookbook, inside your proposal

You design lookbooks in Canva because nothing beats it for imagery. We're exploring a direct connection: link your Canva account once, then pull any lookbook into a BloomBoard proposal in a couple of clicks — so your client sees one seamless, beautiful document.

How it would work

Connect once, then it's two clicks per proposal. No downloading, no re-uploading.

1Connect Canva — once

In Settings, link your Canva account. Canva asks you to approve it, and from then on BloomBoard can see your designs and copy their pages in — never edit them.

Disconnect

Before and after connecting. One click, approve on Canva's side, done — you won't need to do this again.

2Pick a lookbook

In the proposal designer, choose "Import from Canva" and your own Canva designs appear — newest first, straight from your account.

3Choose pages and where they go

Every page starts selected — tap one to leave it out. Tell us where the lookbook should sit, and BloomBoard pulls the pages in at print quality.

Afterwards they behave like any other page — drag to reorder, delete one, or move the whole group.

Staying in sync with Canva

Because your accounts are linked, BloomBoard knows when a lookbook has been edited in Canva since you imported it — and offers to pull in the fresh pages.

One click swaps in the latest pages, keeping their order and placement. Proposals you've already sent stay exactly as you sent them — updating a lookbook is an edit you make and re-send, like a price change.

What your client sees

This is the whole point: nothing. No attachment to open, no "view on Canva" link, no watermark — just more gorgeous pages in your proposal.
